LA - 2 Hardened Humps
LA - 1 Shadowy Remant
LA - 2 Feathered Caromi Scalps
DF - 2 Frigid Hearts

Most popular places to farm:
Grawl neckalces - Outside Ruins of Surmia. Any class basically, their only lvl4, and do like 4 dmg max.
Charr carvings - In and around Nolani Academy. Most classes, even ele's and such, just put up a fully powered Armor of Earth and the charr do like 2-3dmg.
Orr Emblems - Gates of Kryta. Smite monks mostly. All other classes will have faster time at the above two.

I to swithed to Euro servers, came back, and sold 2 weapons around 20k ea. (This is when shards were like 500ea, not like 1k-2k like they were a few hours later).

I kept the other few i got for myself :\ collectors items.

Gotta love my IW-mesmer with candy sword and peppermint shield :)

I also have the gingerbread shield, gingerbread focus and candy wand :)

dang, i was hunting outside of the courthouse for like a half an hour, killing charr and whatever else i came across, and i didnt find any shards, just a bunch of charr carvings.

Do the candy weapons offer ny kind of bonus effects?

And does the candy cane really remove all ur dp?!

Also...ny idea what the individual candy weapons are selling for? I know shards go around 1.5-3k but i seen the candy axe which would originally=6-12k (4 shards x price) go for 60k!

where do you get the peppermint shield? is it at the crafters too?

edit: nm, i didnt read the quest carefully, i thought you get another gingerbread shield for the second quest.

If you don't want to keep a copy of each of these in your inventory, I've made a priority list in order of "coolness"...

1. Candy Cane Bow - love the look, since it doesn't purely look like a candy cane like the others. Also like the 15 damage versus the 10 on the other weapons.

2. Candy Cane Sword - at least this badboy is upside down, and kind of reminds me of those sword canes that I've seen in movies (where you remove the end and there's a blade). Lower than normal minimum damage sucks bigtime, though (since swords are 15-22 max).

3. Candy Cane Axe - boring look (it looks like you're an old person caning someone to death), but at least the damage is above the minimum range (6-28).

4. Candy Cane Wand/Staff - BORRRRING.

Let's say, you have 1000 Candy Canes (not SHARDS!) and Wintersday is over, will you still have them? Or will they be removed cuz Wintersday is over?
